💌 Write a Letter to Your Future Self

Service Description
Take a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in our Write a Letter to Your Future Self workshop. You’ll begin by choosing a card from our selection or designing your own using our blank cards and art and craft materials. Then, settle into a calm and supportive space to write a personal letter to yourself. Your letter can include reflections on: Your past and the journey that has brought you here Where you are in your life right now Your dreams, goals, and where you hope to be in one year’s time A reminder or message to your future self If you’re attending with a friend or family member, you’re also welcome to write letters to each other and include them in your cards. This is a semi-guided workshop. We’re here to gently support you if needed, while also giving you the space to write freely at your own pace. You’ll receive a written guide with prompts and inspiration, helping you focus without interruption. Your letter remains completely private. You’re welcome to bring along personal items to include, such as photographs, creating a meaningful time capsule to revisit in a year’s time (please ensure all items are suitable for standard Royal Mail post). Once you’ve finished writing and chosen or created your card, simply place it in our post box. We’ll safely store your letter and post it back to you in 12 months’ time. If you move address within the year, you can either: Provide us with your new address so we can redirect your letter Or request for it to be sent to you earlier What You Need to Bring: We provide everything you need, including: Cards and writing paper Pens and stationery Art and craft supplies for card design Aprons for those who wish to paint Optional items to bring: Photographs or small personal items to include in your letter Your own pen, if you prefer writing with something specific Duration Sessions typically run for 1.5 hours, allowing you plenty of time to relax, reflect, and create at your own pace. ​ ✨ Booking Information ✨ Spaces are limited to just 8 places, so booking is essential to secure your spot. To reserve your place, please pay the non-refundable £10 booking fee per person in full before attending. Your place will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Community Art Sessions are hosted by SATIREV Ltd in partnership with The Three Hounds. We are fully insured to deliver creative workshops. By attending, you agree to help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Antisocial behaviour, abuse, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, damage to property, excessive intoxication or behaviour affecting others will not be tolerated. Anyone may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund. Serious incidents may be reported to the venue and/or police. Please respect the venue, staff, customers, neighbours and fellow attendees. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. The £5 attendance fee reserves your place and covers access to shared art materials. It is non-refundable, except where required by law or if SATIREV cancels the session. Additional activities (including pottery blanks, canvases, puzzle blanks, cards and other craft items) must be paid for in full before use and cannot be refunded once personalised. Sessions are relaxed community creative events, not formal art classes. Creative support is available, but artistic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Please use materials responsibly, follow safety instructions and report any accidents or damage. Alcohol may be purchased from the bar. Anyone behaving unsafely due to intoxication may be asked to leave. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note that the sessions are held in the downstairs bar and require the use of stairs. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings and actions. SATIREV accepts no responsibility for personal property, artwork after it leaves the session, or losses beyond our reasonable control. If you have any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities to paints, glues or craft materials, please inform the host before the session and take reasonable steps to avoid known allergens. We collect only the personal information needed to manage your booking. If SATIREV Ltd cancels a session, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another session. Sessions run from 5-9pm. Arrive anytime and stay as long as you like. The £5 fee reserves your place, not four hours of attendance, so no refunds are given for partial attendance. The bar remains open until 10pm. After 9pm, the organised session has ended and attendees remaining at the venue are customers of Three Hounds Beer Bar & Brewery.
