Paying It Forward
At Satirev, every 250 journals sold funds a wellbeing workshop for 15 participants—each receiving their own journal. We partner with charities, community groups, and organisations to deliver sessions that support wellbeing and personal growth.
Organisations can apply for a workshop, and one is selected after each 250 journals sold. Each session is tailored to the group’s goals, creating meaningful impact through reflection, guidance, and practical tools.
At the moment, applications for our wellbeing workshops are closed. We’ll announce the next round via our newsletter and social media.

Why Our Journals Work
Academic Underpinning:
Our journals are designed by a qualified MSK and Sports Rehabilitation Physiotherapist (currently not practicing), with a strong background in sports psychology through undergraduate Sports Therapy and postgraduate Sports & Exercise Science studies, complemented by a postgraduate physiotherapy qualification.
Personal Insight:
I developed these journals from personal experience—researching, experimenting, and refining tools to support mental health and wellbeing in a practical, sustainable way.
Professional Experience:
Drawing on years of experience supporting professional athletes through rehabilitation and injury, alongside collaboration with sports psychologists, and later working in the NHS with patients managing chronic pain or dynamic disabilities, these journals combine practical expertise with evidence-based approaches. They were originally created to support athletes and patients with wellbeing, rehabilitation, and personal growth.
Practical Design:
Each journal is guided, structured, and focused on a specific outcome, with no blank pages or irrelevant prompts. You won’t be asked to record things throughout your day or answer random questions. Designed for real-life use, it takes just 5–10 minutes a day, giving you the tools, guidance, and examples to build lasting habits, improve wellbeing, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
FAQ — Questions & Answers
I’ve tried journaling before but always give up—how is this different?
You’re not alone. Many journaling methods can feel overwhelming, time-consuming, or hard to stick to.
Our journals are designed differently. Each one focuses on a single, clear goal, with a simple structure that takes just 5–10 minutes a day—making it easier to stay consistent.
We only include what’s relevant to that goal, so you’re not filling in unnecessary pages or writing for the sake of it.
Every journal also includes guidance and tools to help you build the habit, get the most out of your practice, and achieve your goals—without pressure or perfection.
This is about creating something that works in real life—not something you give up on.
What if I’m not good at writing?
You don’t need to be. Our journals are designed to guide you with simple, structured prompts on every page—so you’re never staring at a blank space.
Each journal also includes guidance to help you build the skills needed to get the most out of your practice.
This is your space to be unfiltered, honest, and true to yourself—a safe, supportive place just for you.
How long will I need to spend on the journal?
All of our daily journals are designed to take just 5–10 minutes a day, running for 100 days, so you can focus on building consistency, achieving your outcomes, and honing your journaling practice.
This repetition helps turn journaling into a daily habit that creates positive change, both today and for the future. As you gain confidence, you’ll find that completing each entry can take as little as 5 minutes, making it easy to stick with.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We offer wholesale on our hardback journals. Please email info@satirev.net with your desired quantity, the type of journals, and your country, and we’ll get back to you with all the details.
How do I know which journal to buy?
Each of our journals is built around a specific goal, theme, or outcome. We recommend choosing the journal that aligns most closely with the goal you want to focus on first.
If you have multiple goals, start with one journal at a time. Completing one journal before moving on helps you avoid overwhelm, stay focused, and fully benefit from the skills and insights you develop. Once you’ve finished, you can explore another journal from our collection to continue your growth.
Focusing on one key theme at a time makes it easier to see real progress and feel the impact on your wellbeing.
I really enjoyed the journal and saw benefits—can I repeat it?
Yes, absolutely. Repeating a journal is a great way to reinforce what you’ve learned, stay consistent, and build on the progress you’ve already made.
It also helps you stay accountable to your new habits and avoid slipping back into old patterns. If you feel ready, this could be the perfect time to add a second journal to work toward another goal—while continuing the practice that has already brought you results.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Our journals are supportive tools designed to help you achieve your goals and improve your wellbeing—they are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
They can be used on their own or alongside therapy, offering a simple, structured space to support your wellbeing.
