Service Description
Come along to our relaxed, friendly creative sessions — a chance to make something, unwind, and meet like-minded people in the community. Whether you’re an experienced artist, a complete beginner, or just looking for a fun evening activity, everyone is welcome. Come with **friends, family, a date, or by yourself** — there’s no pressure, no experience needed, and no need to stay for the whole session. Drop in anytime between **5pm–9pm** and stay for an hour or the whole evening. Bring your own creative projects, such as: 📓 Journaling 🖼️ Sketchbooks 🧵 Sewing & lace making ✍️ Creative writing & poetry 🧶 Knitting 🎨 Painting …and any other craft or project you enjoy. Or choose from our creative activities, including: 🖌️ Painting pottery blanks 🎨 Canvas painting ✏️ Sketching 💌 Card making 🧩 Design your own puzzle 💌 Write a letter to your future self — we’ll post it back to you in one year’s time! We provide a range of materials so you can simply turn up and get creative, including acrylic paints, watercolours, pencils, felt tips, and more. Need inspiration? We have self-guided activities available, including: 🪞 Self-portraits 🎨 Design your own body 🐾 Paint your pet …and other creative prompts. We’re on hand to support your ideas, help with designs, and encourage your creative flair — whatever your confidence level. ✨ **Booking Information** ✨ Spaces are limited to 16 places, so booking is essential. To secure your place, please pay the non-refundable £5 booking fee per person in full. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. Additional art activities such as potter blanks and materials such as canvases may be available at an extra cost. 📍 **Three Hounds Beer Bar & Brewery** 57 Beckenham Rd, Beckenham BR3 4PR 🕔 Art session: **5pm–9pm** 🍻 Bar open until **10pm** 🌐 http://www.threehoundsbeerco.com Hosted downstairs in the bar area. ♿ Please note: the venue is accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests who cannot use a full flight of stairs, as the sessions are held in the downstairs bar. 🍺 Drinks and snacks are available to purchase from the bar (not mandatory). 👨👩👧 Under 18s welcome with an accompanying adult. Cancellation Policy
Community Art Sessions are hosted by SATIREV Ltd in partnership with The Three Hounds. We are fully insured to deliver creative workshops. By attending, you agree to help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Antisocial behaviour, abuse, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, damage to property, excessive intoxication or behaviour affecting others will not be tolerated. Anyone may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund. Serious incidents may be reported to the venue and/or police. Please respect the venue, staff, customers, neighbours and fellow attendees. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. The £5 attendance fee reserves your place and covers access to shared art materials. It is non-refundable, except where required by law or if SATIREV cancels the session. Additional activities (including pottery blanks, canvases, puzzle blanks, cards and other craft items) must be paid for in full before use and cannot be refunded once personalised. Sessions are relaxed community creative events, not formal art classes. Creative support is available, but artistic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Please use materials responsibly, follow safety instructions and report any accidents or damage. Alcohol may be purchased from the bar. Anyone behaving unsafely due to intoxication may be asked to leave. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note that the sessions are held in the downstairs bar and require the use of stairs. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings and actions. SATIREV accepts no responsibility for personal property, artwork after it leaves the session, or losses beyond our reasonable control. If you have any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities to paints, glues or craft materials, please inform the host before the session and take reasonable steps to avoid known allergens. We collect only the personal information needed to manage your booking. If SATIREV Ltd cancels a session, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another session. Sessions run from 5-9pm. Arrive anytime and stay as long as you like. The £5 fee reserves your place, not four hours of attendance, so no refunds are given for partial attendance. The bar remains open until 10pm. After 9pm, the organised session has ended and attendees remaining at the venue are customers of Three Hounds Beer Bar & Brewery.
