MONTHLY WELLNESS
A monthly journaling session created to help you prioritize your wellbeing, reflect on the previous month set goals for the upcoming month, and explore optional wellness activities throughout the month. Each session comes with its own workbook which can be utilized for self-guided sessions throughout the month and as a resource during our online or in-person sessions.
Monthly Themes
Every month, we choose a theme to guide our activities and tasks. It’s a fantastic way to focus on different parts of our lives and discover what they truly mean to us. Additionally, it enhances our sessions and workbooks, making them enjoyable and engaging, as every new month introduces a fresh session.
