Art Workshop: Self portrait
Taking you on a somatic experience to reconnect with your body whilst reflecting on both your physical and mental health. Throughout this workshop you will not only be introduced to several tools to help manage your stresses but would have also created your own artwork based on your reflection of your body depending on where you are on your journey with your body. whether you are reflecting on your healing, your symptoms, how your body has changed, accepting your new body, or what your body has battled.
