MONTHLY WELLNESS JOURNALS
Our founder, Verity, created our monthly wellness journals out of frustration with traditional mindfulness journals that focused solely on positivity and the expectation of daily journaling, which can feel overwhelming and lead to feelings of inadequacy, when navigating life's challenges. After experiencing the loss of her father, she recognized the importance of processing heavy emotions through journaling. Wanting to create a meaningful journal that simplified the journaling experience, promoted personal growth and support personal wellbeing in a safe space where you can fully embrace all of your emotions.
Each journal is carefully crafted to help you prioritize wellbeing, reflect on the past month, set new goals, engage in optional wellness activities, to stay present and make memories.

Every month, we choose a theme to guide our activities and tasks. It’s a fantastic way to focus on different parts of our lives and discover what they truly mean to us. Additionally, it enhances our sessions and workbooks, making them enjoyable and engaging, as every new month introduces a fresh session.

Joyful June
This month’s theme is Joyful Moments. While many suggest joy is simply a choice, circumstances like health issues, stress, financial struggles, or loss can make it difficult to feel consistently (if at all). However, I believe everyone can experience meaningful moments of joy, even if they are rare. Throughout June we will help you discover joy already present in your life through your environment, hobbies and new interests, reminding you to prioritize your well-being whilst experiencing spontaneous and planned moments of joy. To assist your reflective practice and to help support your wellbeing moving forwards, we’ve created a book for you to document all your Joyful moments.
