Art Journaling
Taking you on a somatic experience to reflect on an event that you would like to use as inspiration to journal about, enabling you to reflect on the event, exploring your senses, feelings, and memories from this day. Throughout this workshop you will not only be introduced to several tools to help manage your stresses but would have also created your own journal artwork based on your experience.
